TAGOJA Wallet is a non-custodial wallet. Your private keys are generated and stored on your device and are never sent to our servers.

Personal data we process

• Website analytics: IP address, device info (aggregated/anonymous where possible).
• Onramp (Stripe): When using Stripe Onramp, KYC/identity data is collected and processed by Stripe as controller. We receive only status webhooks and transaction metadata as required to fulfill the service.
• Support: Email and messages you send to us.

Use of data

Provide and improve the service, comply with legal obligations (e.g., anti-fraud), and respond to inquiries.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers acting on our behalf (e.g., hosting, security) and payment/identity partners (e.g., Stripe) when you opt to use onramp features.

Data retention

We retain only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law.
